Engaged Sweeper
I seem to have some rights issue that for one reason or another I can't seem to figure out. It's rather strange or maybe I'm missing something. Everything seems to be working but I noticed that if I pull up a specific computer and try the custom action ' Take Screenshot' many times I'll get and error code 5 access denied. Also happens when I try to modify service settings or modify anything in Computer Management, or anything that seems to need authentication before an action can be completed this happens. But if I open either hidden share and use the same user name and password for the domain that is registered as the lansweeper service account, then they all work afterward.

Any pushes in the right direction?
Thanks

Problem is most likely not related to lansweeper but you can try:

run "dcdiag /e /q" on your domaincontrollers to look for active directory errors
View the eventviewer on your client and on the domaincontrollers.
