Active Scanning not working

I replaced the exe and change the 0 to a 1 in the config. Restarted the service and nothing. Below is my conguration and error log.

You are correct, by correcting the previous error we accidently uploaded the freeware service.
Please dowwload the premium pack again, the file properties of the service should read "Lansweeper Premium Server"
