I'm currently evaluating the product and ran into following problem:
I started lsmanage.exe and added the following values to the product keys section:
Product = "Microsoft Office Professional 2007 (x64 OS)"
RegKey = "SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Registration\{91120000-0031-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}"
Value = "DigitalProductId"
Type = "Microsoft"
Variations = Unchecked
I then manually triggered a scan on the target machine and the product key is shown correct, but the product name changes to "2007 Microsoft Office system". Is there some way to use the manually entered product name instead of the ProductName from the registry key? It's really hard to get the different installed office versions that way...
Since I found no explanation so far: What is the "variations" checkbox for?

We are aware of the office key problem.
Next version 4.1 will have an automatic office key scanning feature which scans all office keys without the user needing to fill in all the registry keys.
