We used the report builder to make a couple new reports.
Now the following tabs are incomplete (like the information got cut off):
Digital Dashboard info stops at Unauthorized Administrators (no numbers for that)
Software reports: page stops at "Laptops without VPN patch" (no numbers for that)
Hardware Reports: last item on the page is "Less than 512MB RAM" (no numbers for that)
General Reports: last item is unauthorized Administrators (no numbers for that)

The Server Reports tab looks fine - information is in all 3 columns and the (c) Lansweeper.com is at the bottom of the page.

Is there a way we can fix the broken pages without a restore?
Perhaps just copying over the views with the default files?
Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks

Version 4.0 will skip "broken" reports, show them in red and continue to load the interface.

One of the views that disappeared was the view associated with Unauthorized Administrators.
We never edited that view, but it wasn't one of the view that disappeared.

The reports we were trying to make were:
An edit to the PCs with less than 512Mb ram
A new report listing PCs with Symantec A/V installed.

I wish I could give you more detailed info on the process we went through. We're really not sure what we touched to make a few views completely disappear.

Thanks for the quick reply - we did that and things were better.
I had a buddy with a LS installation email me the text for the missing views and I recreated them.
If you could send me the text for all the Web30 views, that would be great - I think there are a couple more missing.

What are we doing in the Report Builder that is making some of our Views disappear?
The odd thing is that this is happening to Views we aren't using for the new report.

Do you know which steps you took so we can try to reproduce.

First try to remove the affected reports from the dashboard page (using lsmanage.exe)
If this don't work, I'll give you the initial SQL scripts.
