Hello,
After upgrading to 3.51, it appears that Lansweeper isn't updating. On the digital dashboard, the last seen is always the lansweeper server with the timestamp of when the service was started.

If I run lsclient or lstrigger on a particular computer, the last seen time on the action screen for that computer does not change.

I had been running the beta version of Lansweeper 3.1 and I just downloaded and installed the latest version on the website.

The webconsole lists the service version as
3.5.1.28957

Any help or suggestions you could offer would be appreciated.

The previous versions had a problem that the service just stopped working upon database failures, so that might explain your problem.

It looks like the upgrade may have fixed it, and it just needed some time to start up. The error log showed database connectivity issues in May, but there were no entries from June 1st until today when I upgraded.
