Hi,

We purchased a premium upgrade last year and now it seems like you have changed it to a annual payment plan to keep using the program. So now , from my understanding, we won't be able to use the program after the 1st? That is not what you indicated to me when I purchased this. I could understand not continuing to receive any more upgrades or premium support but to lose functionality is not what we believed to have purchased.

Could you please send us your order ID.
Lansweeper premium has always been a yearly subscription.

According to the date you mentioned you probably had a Paypal subscription of 99€ a year.
We stopped using Paypal and have send a link to all old Paypal customers with a discount link (almost 99€ but now coverted to USD)
