More specific with Authorized Admins?

I want to be able to allow DOMAIN\user1 as a local admin on SERVER1 but not SERVER2.

Right now, looks like I can either allow it for the whole system or not allow it for the whole system.

Can I do that?

Ok...well, is it just that report and that webpage that use that?

What happens if I modify the SQL table and add a new column, say computer, and modify the report to use the new column.
Will I be violating anything with my license if I do that?

To make sure it works in future upgrades create a separate table.
