Problem is resolved. It's my fault. In client the location of registry is different with default. After I modified the location of registry in server, it can display the office product key.

My product keys list is same as the http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/licensekeys.aspx. I installed office 2003 pro and standard version on client PC. but I can't scan any office product key only can find windows xp product key. Also I search the registry for"DigitalProductID" and find the keys locate is correct.

Here is a list of additional keys:
http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/licensekeys.aspx
If the key is not on the list it's best to search the registry for "DigitalProductID" to get the correct location.
