Engaged Sweeper III
Hello,

I have recently found out about your product, and must say I am impressed with the amplitude of the freeware version. The premium version sounds very appealing, but before my company gets the premium version there is a question I would like to ask.

Is it possible, or would it be possible in future releases for the Lansweeper software to detect other devices on the network than Windows PCs? By this I mean mainly printers, routers and switches, among other things. I am aware Lansweeper uses WMI to do its scan, so I doubt it, but if it is possible via a custom action then it would be interesting to know. Another possibility I have thought about would be if there is any way to create custom tables and integrate them in the Lansweeper web interface, entering the information by hand. I don't have a lot of knowledge about SQL, but can handle my own.

Once again I have thoroughly tried your product and must say I am really enjoying all the information it is giving out, as well as it's simplicity. If I have any other questions I will most likely create another topic, unless it is related to devices, then I will put it here.

Thanks, pentel

It's not scheduled for next version (4.0) but it "might" be done in later releases

In the premium version you are allowed to do this but you will need some basic sql knowledge.
