As an IT company we are supporting many customers which are not only based on windows. As we saw mac/linux are shown as a device and stored very limited in the database.
So therefore we have some questions where I never found:

1)Does exist a possibility to store mac/linux as computer - currently we found that under devices
2)Do you have plans to deploy or give us as enduser the possibility to program such own interface in plug-in technology
3) Not the same as point 1) to support other os especially mac

In the new beta 4.2 there exists a new offline scantool lspush which generates an output to a file. Is the output in an open form and documented so that we are able to create our own offline output.

This will stay under devices. but version 4.x will show full hardware/software information for mac/linux computers (currently in test)

(not certain) 5.0
