SQL error after authentication code insert

I have inserted the code as described in the kb for authentication, minus the compilation debug, since it is already in the code.

After logging in either with a domain username (which I had authenticated as in domain\group or username) or as a local user on the lansweeper server it gives me the following error msg:

I checked on the SQL server and verified that it allows remote connections using both tcp/ip and name pipes.

Any help would be appreciated. I just want to secure my data from domain users, so if there is a simpler way, let me know.
