I just deployed the freeware version of Lansweeper yesterday. We liked it so much that we bought the premium version today. With the freeware version and the lsclient, we were able to see the username and last login information on the action screen. Since we upgraded to the AD scanning service, this information isn't being scanned. We are using a domain administrator account so it isn't an access issue. The weird part is that the freeware version had this information but the premium doesn't. There are no errors in the error log that would indicate an issue.

Just found the answer in the Premium user section. We don't have the lsclient running on login to gather the information. We are deploying the client to get all of the information at login.

We are working on a solution so you won't need lsclient anymore.
At this time you still need it to track logons.
