I have always hand-written and sketched to keep track of things, to learn new things, and to review/edit documents. Often when I am doing any creative writing, prefer to hand-write at first before switching to a keyboard. When digital ink became workable on computers it was a huge gain for me, and my Surface Pro 8 has taken the experience to the highest level yet.
