Lansweeper does not currently provide a remote access solution. However, you can integrate existing remote access solutions through custom actions. Custom actions are currently only available in Lansweeper On-Premises.
We don't have an alternative available in the Cloud since this is a security concern. We are looking at third-party integrations for that—more news to come.
