At this time, it is not possible to synchronize or import reports from the Lansweeper cloud platform into a Lansweeper on-premises installation, because they are built on different database technologies:
- The on-premises Lansweeper installation uses SQL Server as a database provider
- The Lansweeper cloud platform runs on MongoDB.
Because the two database providers have fundamental differences in data structures and storage, reports cannot be directly transferred between the two environments.
