Scanning Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources is currently only available through Lansweeper Sites.
Due to security considerations, traditional on-premise Lansweeper installations cannot scan GCP directly. A Cloud site setup allows our scanning application to securely authenticate with Google Cloud Platform services using tokens from FusionAuth, a federated identity management service. This eliminates the need to store sensitive credentials within Lansweeper itself.
