To address this scanning issue, first, check if the scanning of Printers and Printer Drivers is enabled under Scanned Item Intervals in your Lansweeper settings.

  • If you disable scanning for these items, it should eliminate the error.
  • If you need to scan printers and drivers but still want to resolve the error, please contact the Support team. They can guide you on the next steps or provide a workaround.

If you prefer to keep scanning printers and drivers but only want to suppress the specific scanning issue notification, please note that this is not configurable. However, Support can help you explore possible solutions.
