With an On-Premise Installation on a Virtual Machine is there any documentation on requirements for CPU, RAM, Storage? When should you setup secondary scan servers?

The requirements for the CPU, RAM, and Storage would vary per environment depending on the different types of scanning that are being executed. We do have some recommendations based on the environments which can be reviewed here:

• For example, for disk space, it is recommended to reserve approximately 1 GB of disk per 1,000 Windows computers.
