Hi,

not sure if this is possible, but here goes.

I would like to be able to print or send a document from information taken from a helpdesk ticket.

For example, I have created a helpdesk ticket template for hardware purchases, so if someone needs a laptop purchased, they fill in the helpdesk ticket and I would like to have a button or other option that creates a purchase request form from the information they supply and either prints or emails the form.

Is this possible?

While you can use custom fields to create all the fields that might be required, actually created in purchase request from the information is not possible.
These kind of purchasing features are not available currently. I'll add it to the list of requested helpdesk features.
