Engaged Sweeper III
A lot of software does not supply version info in the "name" field but we would still like to mark some versions as DENIED.

The ability to set Approved/Denied/Neutral based on "version" in combination with "name"

for example:

"Adobe Flash Player 19 ActiveX" with version "19.0.0.226" = APPROVED
"Adobe Flash Player 19 ActiveX" with version "19.0.0.207" = DENIED

Yes, it's possible to generate a report for this, but having it built-in and shown when looking at an actual computer object->Software would make life so much easier..

Thanks,
Bart

We have some software in 87 different versions, where only 5 is allowed. It would really help us in standardizing

This has been requested a few times before, but we don't have a release date for this (yet) unfortunately. Development is currently busy with the Lansweeper 6.0 beta, which includes a fully functional help desk among other things, so other features are on hold for now.
