For the life of me I cant figure out why the report builder won't output the ticketID in my report. It will work and run the report and show my other fields, however, it won't output the ticketID which is an important piece of data as well as the field I would like to order by. Any suggestions?

This is not specifically documented yet, but the ticketid field will not be displayed in the report output unless you assign an alias to it in the report builder. You need to fill in the Alias column of the ticketid expression.
