Microsoft Office Products

I am trying to pull a report for all Microsoft Office products, but do not seem to be able to get an accurate count. I used the canned report of "All Microsoft Software" but is about 2000 short of our estimated total. We have approx 5000 users on our network and nearly all of them should have a version of Office installed.

Any help creating a report would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Roger,

The built-in report you mentioned looks at the software's publisher. If the publisher is microsoft then the software should be in the report. Since you're missing software, I would check going through this knowledge base article.
