Hi I need a Report about Time worked per agent closed in last 30 days, for specific type of tickets.
We have a ticket type called IT-on-Duty and I want to get a report with worked time for this type of tickets closed in the last 30 days for every user.
I am imagin something like this but filtered only for tickettype is IT-on-Duty.
User1 0 days 1 hours 15 minutes
User2 0 days 4 hours 15 minutes
User3 1 days 0 hours 45 minutes
User4 0 days 4 hours 25 minutes
