Good day,

Been working on this issue for a while and it seems that the ticket dispatching is not working properly. We have different rules in the section for ticket dispatching and it doesn't matter how much details are in the conditions is not changing the type for the ticket that is created from emails, subject and/or description. It use to work and then from the last update to currently use:, it stopped working.
