If you contact Lansweeper Support, we recommend sending the log bundle generated by the built‑in log collector tool.

Prerequisites

  • Run the tool on the machine where Lansweeper Network Discovery is installed.

  • Use an elevated PowerShell prompt (Run as Administrator).

Gather logs

  1. Open PowerShell as Administrator.

  2. Run the following command:

    C:\Program Files\Lansweeper Network Discovery\tools\gatherlogs\gatherlogs.ps1
    
  3. Wait for the script to complete.

  4. A .zip file is created automatically.

  5. Share the generated .zip with Lansweeper Support.

This package contains core logs, configuration snapshots, and health status details that help our team analyze the issue efficiently.
