Hi,
I've installed LanSweeper 3.5.1 on my domain and setup onto my SQL server. It's been running for a few days now and active scanning isn't catching any PC's on the network. I've enabled active scanning and don't have any filters on. I've set it to scan my domain and kept everything else default. If I manually add a computername to scan it does work, but it doesn't automatically scan for PC's on the network. Is there any parameters I haven't configured correctly? Is there a way to manually force a scan of all PC's on the network? TIA

The most common mistake is that the netbios domain name or dns domain name is filled in wrong.
Could you please post a screenshot of your domains/scanning configuration.
