Hello! I need urgent help here. We pruchased the premium verison and have installed. I have enabled the active scanning as per the documentation but even after a week, I have no computer discovered by the active scan process. I have only four computers in the Database and these are the ones on which I ran the LS Client manually. I have 1200 machines ( 400 in house and 800 remote) and really want ACTIVE Scannig to work, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
