Hi there, we have upgraded to Lansweeper 5.
We have Cisco and Linksys switches that are scanned using SNMP.
Some ports show what asset is connected to them, some show a mac address and some snow nothing (specifically most ports onthe linksys switches)
What is required to make lansweeper map Asset to switch port?
thanks
Dave

Please contact support@lansweeper.com for this problem and provide us with:
- A link to this forum thread.
- Screenshot of the Lansweeper webpage of one problem device.
- Screenshot of a connection test performed to the same device using Program Files (x86)/Lansweeper/Actions/DeviceTester.exe. Please perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the device, and show us the entire test window.
