Cannot install lansweeperservice.exe

I recently installed lansweeper on a Server running Windows 2008R2. I am able to get to the webpage, config page etc..

But the service is not started lansweeperservice.exe

When I try to run the service from Windows explore, I get a error saying install the service using installutil.exe. I have researched installutil.exe procedue and it appears I do not have that file.

I have upgraded to premium and installed Lansweeper on a server, previously I had it installed on a desktop and didn't have any issues with the service it started after I ran the lansweeper install.

How do I start this service?

Issue resolved through email. Double-clicking the LansweeperService.exe executable is not the correct procedure for starting the service in case it has stopped. Instead, please browse to your Windows Services, right-click on the “Lansweeper Server” service and choose “Start”.
