Currently, I've got 60 or so IP Phones that are not being picked up as "phones" and as such are being lumped into the "network device" category. Is there a way to edit the details on all 60 of them and change them to phones so I don't have to go through and change each one individually (this would take a while).
Thanks!
Thanks!

There is a checkbox next to the type "lock against scanning"

Well, I changed a few of the phones manually. When they were rescanned, sometimes between last night and this morning, they all reverted back to "network device" instead of "VOIP Phone". Is there anyway to prevent this?

If snmp is available and you have the OID you can add it to the configuration to tell future scans that the devices are IP phones.
If you don't have this the only option to mass-edit is directly editing the table (using msaccess, ...)
