I've done one installation of LanSweeper. This was easy and the application are verry good 🙂
I am now trying a second installation for another company.
The database server has one 2005 express instance(because of backup exec), and one 2000 MSDE.
I'm trying to connect to the 2000, but regardless what I do, it complains that the server not being in mixed mode.
I've checked and the server is in mixed mode. I can connect with the SA user, and as a domain admin.
I will not let the installation "fix" this problem, since it's not a problem....
I've searched a little on the forum, and downloaded the sql script for creating the database.
The database is created, but the installation can not connect to it because it's not in mixed mode (but it is).....
