condition of active scanning

Hello,
How active scanning discovers workstations or servers already active?
We added today a new domain containing 10 servers and Lansweeper scanned only one. What are conditions that allow active scanning to discover such a server? Is it a timeline? A session has to be opened on a server?

Active scanning looks on all domaincontrollers when the server/computer has last contacted them.

Most workstations connect every 15-30 minutes, member servers can take longer depending on what they do.
They should connect at least once every 24 hours.

Are there any errors in the errorlog.txt file?
