Hello,

Upper management has asked me to create a report from Lansweeper HD but my SQL is rusty. The criteria can be split into multiple reports if it is not possible to populate in one. Can someone please assist? These are the requirements:

1. Helpdesk Aging report i.e. the time spent in each Lifecycle stage (Opened, Awaiting Reply, In Progress, etc)
2. A report that will show all open Tickets along with Status, Assigned Agent, Date Created, Date Assigned, Date Started (In Progress State or first response), Scheduled Completion Date
