Currently the default start time for an IP scan job is 12:00PM. Is there a way to change this default to 12:00AM? If a job is inadvertently started\enabled, I would rather scan at off-peak hours. If I delete the 12:00PM entry, hide the schedule, then re-open, it is set to 12:00AM. I would much rather just change the default so I won't have to manually "touch" every job in the future.

No, it's hardcoded.

In the past this was set to 12:00 AM with the problem that most network devices (computers, printers) were offline, that's why we changed it to 12:00 PM
