This is not currently possible unfortunately. Users cannot manually be associated with computers or devices. This feature is on our customer wish list, but we do not yet have a release date for it.
Your best option at the moment is to add the user's name to one of the custom fields available for the device. This will not truly associate the user, but you will be able to run reports on the information submitted.
