Dual entries in software report

I have a computer that get dual entries for the same program in the Software report. When I connect with the remote uninstall software 1.0.0.23 There is only one copy listed.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I dont have a number, and I dont have time to click around to search for more.
Unless there is a faster way to get the software data I have to get back to you when I found more.

I dont know SQL enough to tell you what you ask for.
The result is from where you search for a computer and click "Software"
(default.aspx?item=softcomp&comp=214)
