Errors on page

Hi guys,

We have installed Lansweeper and its working on collection data initially.

We have 31 out of 69 scanned ok.

I have purchased the pro version and have tried to run lstrigger using the website but get the following error on pc's that have been sucessful and ones that do not display details. This error also appears for any of the applications i try to run in LS

Error Automation server cannot create object

ive had added the website and looked at the security of the website.

Strange as lsclient collected data on some but not all in the domain. i have also looked at previous posts and have had no sucess.

Any help would be appreciated.

lstrigger fails no matter how I run it. I have following syntax in the LS Management Consle.

lstrigger.exe server (computer} {domain} 9524

I have also tried running this from a command prompt both on the client and on the server hosting Lansweeper. No matter what i do I get the following.

-------------------------
Connecting...
Failed

Maybe a stupid question but did you change "server" to your actual server name?

open lsmanage and change the action, you need to point it to the correct server:

lstrigger.exe servername computername domain

Thats great, thats now working for all apps except lstrigger!!

i can remote in to reg, take screenshot but still cannot pull machine info. Getting connection failed.
