As we are an IT provider for different customers it would be handy to group the assets per client. Of course this is already possible to group them in custom groups but that's as far as the functionality goes..
When I hoover over an asset I can't see to which group is belongs. Also an asset can be assigned to multiple groups but in reality an asset can't be owned be several clients.
Also as wwe now have mutlitple assets with the same name as we have the same kind of assets for different clients (eg DC, TS, Switch A, B, C) so when I see the asset list there is no way to distinguish them. I can't even see to wich client an asset belongs when I display the full asset list.
Short story: I think adding a Client entity will make this application 10x more usefull to any IT provider.
