How do I define compliance?

Hi.

On the computer detail screen I am informed if a computer meets compliance or not. There are also a couple of reports that list computers under minimum/recommended hardware.

It seems as if older service packs are in violation of compliance and a non-functional service center also breaks compliance but where do I define these settings?

In the same vein, how do I adjust what is minimum/recommended hardware for my computers? Directly in the report builder?

Yes

If the computer is listed in one of the dashboard reports it is considered "not compliant" (only when the report is in red color)
