I have updated many user departments but the changes don't seem to reflect on the Department Overview. I have tried re-scanning the domain controllers, but the changes still have not populated. Is there a way I can scan a user?

That option is selected already, so I just have to wait 24 hours then?

You can use the option in the scanning options screen:
"Refresh active directory user details"

This runs every 24 hours.
