Hi,

Is there a way to run a report on licensing, more to the point, Microsoft Office licensing?
I'd like to see by date when Microsoft Office products were installed on pc's.
In the software licensing section is just shows the last seen date, not the install date of the software.

many thanks!

On those particular pages, no, as they are automatically generated. You can however list install dates in a custom report. A sample report can be seen below.
Select Top 1000000 tblComputers.Computername, tblComputers.ComputerUnique, tblComputers.Domain, tblSoftware.softwareName As Software, tblSoftware.softwareVersion As Version, tblSoftware.SoftwarePublisher As Publisher, tblSoftware.Installdate As Date, Web40OSName.Compimage As icon From tblSoftware Inner Join tblComputers On tblSoftware.ComputerName = tblComputers.Computername Inner Join web40ActiveComputers On tblComputers.Computername = web40ActiveComputers.Computername Inner Join Web40OSName On Web40OSName.Computername = tblComputers.Computername Where tblSoftware.softwareName Like '%Office%' And tblSoftware.SoftwarePublisher Like '%microsoft%' Order By tblComputers.ComputerUnique, tblSoftware.softwareName, tblSoftware.softwareVersion

To use the specified report, do the following:
• Open the Lansweeper configuration console and select Reports & Alerts\Report Builder. Hit the “New” button.
• Copy the SQL code provided and paste it at the bottom of the newly created report, replacing the default SQL code.
• Click somewhere near tblComputers so the new code applies.
• Give the report a “View name” and a “Report name” and hit the “Save” button.
• Double-click on the report in the report list to see its results and export options.

oh sorry about that

If I click on the License Compliance link under reporting and then choose an Office Product it shows me the Computer/Domain/Description/Software/Version/Date but the date is actually the last seen date and not the date of install. Is there a way for me to see that date in which software was installed on a pc?

thanks!

Could you please clarify which page/report you are looking at.
