When I test connection on ISA server, I receive message :

Remote WMI test

Remote Registry test using WMI
-----------------------------------------------
\root\default Remote WMI access test FAILED
Le serveur RPC n'est pas disponible. (Exception de HRESULT : 0x800706BA)

Which rule I must add on ISA firewall ?

Tested on ISA 2004:

Right click "Firewall Policy"
Go to "Remote monitoring","Microsoft Operations Manager"
Choose "Enable" and add your lansweeper server.

LS server is on an other server then ISA server

Do you mean from the lansweeper server to the isa server?
Or are you running the lansweeper service on an isa server?
