Since upgrading to IE 9 on my Windows 7 x64 box (32bit IE), I have noticed that after a little while, my keyboard (tried both a USB and my Logitec Wireless) seems to not type very well in any IE window. When typing, the typed letters do not appear on the screen. This only occurs when I leave the Lansweeper page running. I have tested this with all other browsers (chrome, firefox) and IE9 Tabs closed and just leaving the lansweeper page up. This also occurs in IE compatibility mode as well.
In the past, in IE8, the autofill would not show anything and when trying to close the tab or IE itself, I would have to hit the X multiple times (a bing tone would play everytime) until it closed.
Has anyone else experienced these issues with Lansweeper and IE? This seems to happen on all of our computers in our office.
BTW, Lansweeper is one of the best tools ever created for managing PC's and have been licensed for two years and are going to be renewing for the foreseeable future. Keep up the Great Work!

I have tried it both ways and it does not make a difference. I think it has to do with the java code to pull data from the input box, but I am not that great of a programmer to debug this.

We haven't been able to reproduce this on any of our installations so far.

I had a similar issue - not with lansweeper but with other web apps I had created. In my case it had to do with compatibility mode. Try setting compatiblity mode on/off (in IE 8 it's the icon to the right of the address bar).
just a thought. good luck.

I'll try to reproduce this.
