Guys,
I have Lansweeper installed and configured in AD enviroment.
The machines are scanned at user logon (via login script), but changes will not be updated on the database.
Example.
After running SP installation on an XP machine, the database will report SP after a whole week of usage.
Any ideas?
Thanks a million

Is there a general setting to get all the items queried every time by just modifying one entry?

You can configure for each item when it refreshes (nr of days)
If you set it to 0 it will refresh every time that the users log on.
If you set it to 0 it will refresh every time that the users log on.

Smikkel,
Should it not refresh when users log on? Will that change affect all items in lansweeper (IE, Software installed, patches, etc)?
Thanks in advance

You can configure the "waitdays" in the TsysWaittime table
