It was brought to my attention that lansweeper is no longer scanning our network and I cannot figure out why and need assistance. We did apply the patch that was applied that was put out ... but this issue had actually started before that patch was installed - we just did not know there was a problem.
We've rebooted the server twice and it hasn't made a difference. The last time it was scanned was 8/13/2010 ...
Help please.
