Will Lansweeper work in a meaningful way in a non-AD environment?
(XP PRO clients in a Novell ZENworks net)

Ok, running the client "as root" is a standard option in zenworks.
I am most interested in viewing computer details as installed software, MAC address, patchlevel.

I'll give it a try, it looks very nice!

I haven't tried it, but if the account running lansweeper has full administrative rights on the clients it should work.
Only 2 things will fail:
- Looking up AD computer details
- Looking up AD user details
