Upon subscription you will receive your premium license key which is valid for one year and the premiumtools.
2 weeks before the subscription expires you will receive an e-mail which ask if you want to extend or cancel the subscription. On extend you will receive a new license key.
(So you can stop with the subscription at any time you want)
