When using the above report to identify duplicate licenses it reports each PC twice.

For example

PC-01 - Domain - Win7 - Internet Explorer - Product key - 3 - 12/03/2010
PC-01 - Domain - Win7 - Internet Explorer - Product key - 3 - 12/03/2010
PC-02 - Domain - Win7 - Internet Explorer - Product key - 3 - 12/03/2010
PC-02 - Domain - Win7 - Internet Explorer - Product key - 3 - 12/03/2010
PC-03 - Domain - Win7 - Internet Explorer - Product key - 3 - 12/03/2010
PC-03 - Domain - Win7 - Internet Explorer - Product key - 3 - 12/03/2010

Is this a bug or have i missed a configuration setting ?

You will have to wait for the rescan or you can manually delete the "internet explorer" result directly from the database.

Thanks for that.

I've now unticked Internet Explorer.

How do i refresh the report so it removes those entries or do i have to wait for it to scan the machines again ?

Ok.
In the report it lists all the duplicates with the same product 'Internet Explorer' Is that correct ?

I was hoping there would be a difference in the report, for example it could list 'Operating System' and the key.

That way you could filter for just operating system ? That way removing the duplicate entries from the list

In most cases the internet explorer license key is the same as the microsoft license key.
That's why it shows 2 times.
