We bought our premium license last year and it was due to expire on 10/28/09 (version 3.51.13). We just bought another one and this time it expires in 9/3/10.
Question is, why did we get 7+ weeks knocked off?

A license is valid for one year (your old license is still valid for 7 weeks so there was no need to purchase a new one at this time)
The license date is calculated from the moment you purchase (pay) the yearly fee.
