Lsclient failing to scan hardware

Lsclient scans the software and current user information but does not scan much of anything else. The lsclient says connecting to the database is successful as well as the sending of the data. If there somewhere we need to change to get it to scan more information?

you should see errors in the TSYSerrors table which gives you a clue (access denied, ...)
